【酒蔵見学】新規受付一時休止のお知らせ

平素より澤田酒造の酒蔵見学に関心をお寄せいただき、誠にありがとうございます。
酒造りおよび年末の繁忙期に伴い、2026 年内の酒蔵見学の新規受付を終了いたしました。
新規予約・お問い合わせの受付は、2027 年1 月5 日（火）より再開いたします。
受付再開までは、2027 年以降の見学についても、新規のお申し込み・お問い合わせは承っておりません。
なお、すでにご予約が確定しているお客様につきましては、予定どおりご案内いたします。
皆さまにはご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Brewery Tour Reservations ‒ Temporarily Closed

Due to our busy sake-brewing season and year-end operations, we have temporarily
suspended new brewery tour reservations and inquiries.
Reservations and inquiries will reopen on January 5, 2027.
Until then, we are not accepting new reservations or inquiries, including those for tours in 2027.
All existing confirmed reservations will proceed as scheduled.

直営店「澤田北倉」のご案内

酒蔵見学の受付休止期間中も、直営店「澤田北倉」は営業しております。
店内では、清酒「白老」や梅酒、梅干し、酒粕・麹などの発酵食品をはじめ、地域の醸造調味料やお菓子などを販売しています。
営業時間中は無料試飲もお楽しみいただけます。また、土曜日には角打ち（立ち飲み）も営業しています。
※角打ちは不定休のため、ご来店前にお問い合わせください。
【年末年始休業】2026 年12 月31 日（木）～2027 年1 月4 日（月）

Sawada Kitakura ‒ Brewery Shop

Our brewery shop, Sawada Kitakura, remains open during the brewery tour reservation suspension.
We offer Hakurou sake, plum wine, pickled plums, sake lees, koji,
as well as a selection of locally produced fermented seasonings and sweets.
Complimentary sake tastings are available during business hours.
We also offer kakuuchi (casual standing-bar service) on Saturdays.
As the schedule may vary, please check with us in advance.
